Comfort for Bar Exam Takers.
A little comfort to those either awaiting or just receiving bar results, courtesy of a post over at TaxProf Blog. Apparently big-time Constitutional law specialist and former Stanford Law School Dean Kathleen Sullivan failed to pass the latest version of the notoriously difficult California bar exam. So take some solace in that.
